Honorable Sir,
We, the House Building Finance Company Limited is an unlisted public company. The Government of Pakistan (GoP) and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) jointly hold the capital of HBFCL with 62.50% and 37.50%, shares respectively.
The House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFCL) Balochistan office is situated at H.No. 11, Ground Floor, Rahim Colony, Circular Road Quetta. Sir, our bill vide customer No. 3850991000 for the month of Sept 2016 is showing PUG charges of Rs. 25,504/- being Govt Department, we are regular in our monthly bill payments and was no issue from the last two years, but suddenly we have recieved a bill amounting Rs. 25,504/- which we could not justify to our auditors. It is therefore, requested that please look into the matter and direct the SSGC staff to check and let us to know the reason/justification that why PUG charges imposed to this meter no. enabling us to justify our auditors for the necessary payment of the pending bill.
