Aslamualikum, I bought cooler ECM-3500 from Super Asia company and after two months I have filed a complaint. But today 20 days have passed since this complaint. But still no action on my complaint and I visited the service center many times, every time they said it will be fixed next day. But till date it has not happened. I have a patient at home who is causing me trouble. Please solve my problem.
