paid $1500 for an order of rain suits. Never delivered!! Will not provide proof of tracking. Vendor makes promises with no follow through. I feel like I have been totally cheated. Order placed in January and now end of March. Vendor has “gone dark”. A “brother” of the vendor called and asked me to withdraw the complaint made through Hello Trade. I said I would not do it until proof of shipment was made via a shipment confirmation. Still waiting after two more weeks. The office and cellphone do ring but no answer. The “brother” informed me that Muhammad was in Japan and would not return until April 16th.
