As Salam O alaikum,
Dear All Respected Authorities,
Greetings to All,
I am writing this complaint in a very stress and depression feeling against sweet cash loan application that I am an old borrower of sweet cash loan app and I had taken emergency loans and always had repaid on time to them. But from few days I am receiving calls from unknown foreign numbers or we can say that calling through internet by different collection and recovery agencies from different kinds of numbers and they have said that they have given me a loan amount of Rs. 23000/- which I have to pay and I am already in overdues on my ask I again confirm to them the loan amount which again he said to me Rs. 23000/- and any of this kind of amount I have not received.
I am telling him again and again and to every person on every call that I have not applied since I had last repaid neither I have received such kind of loan amount of Rs. 23000/- but they do not want to hear to me and said that we have all your mobile data (e.g. contact list, and other data as well) and they will start to call on my contact list and file a complaint against me and block my ID card means they are harrasing and threaten me to repay forcefully.
Further I asked about every person who calls me that what is your official email address or office address so I can contact to your company with a respectful manner on which they said we are recovery and collection officer we just have to recover and collect the loan by any mean and we do not listen to anyone.
Neither they have given their official email id nor office address so I can communicate with the concerned authority to discuss and resolve this issue.
Also call back not attempt to the numbers by which they have call and neither disclose their identities.
When I have told them that they are harrasing and threaten me for the loan repay which I have not applied neither I have received so I can report them to cyber crime and FIA and all concerned authorities so he said just go and do it.
First they they have said that they have given loan to me.
Second how without my concern they have given loan to me.
Third the loan amount which the caller told me is different from another person and the last person told the amount of Rs. 23000/- which I have not received.
Fourth they are harrasing and threaten us.
Respected authorities kindly look into this matter and please save all of us from these kind of people.
In this already crucial inflation, depressive and fearful time where we do not have enough money to survive with our basic needs these kind of people are trying to give us more mental pressure which leads us to sucidal attempts, losing of family and friends, feels disrespect in everyones eyes.
