I purchased online a Rotho Paso bin and the price, including shipment totalled as Rs 5249. The order was reconfirmed by a return phone call and an email was sent for order # 778030 confirmation clearly mentioning the product and total amount at Rs. 5249. Next morning a call came from symbios.pk and told we will provide this product in Rs. 7499. I tried to explain that you have closed the deal with me at certain price and you have to honor that, but the callers attitude was ‘take it or leave it’. He bragged about symbios.pk being the biggest and very professional company, which obviously, they are not. Eventually, I told them I dont want the product at this price. Interestingly, a mail was received that the ‘order is cancelled at customer request’. Not to mention, that there was no recent increase in dollar price at that week.
Surely an unprofessional behaviour and an unpleasent experience. An overnight increase of price by about 44% makes absolutely no sense!
