Aoa,
It is submitted for your kind information and also requested for the needful action against Mr. Ashfaq working in T.H.Q HOSPITAL FATEH Jang, Who misbehave with me and use the abuse words (Gali Galoch) and even rush to punch. After this his act i inform the MS but Mr. Ashfaq also use the abuse words for him and MS take no action against him.And he accept his violation act that he use abuse words (Gali Galoch) in front of MS but he take no action.Now therefor it is requested to you please take the needful action against them.
It is requested to you please transfer him from FATEH JANG to any other station for punishment, and also Some one ask the M.S that why he did’t take the action against Mr.Ashfaq who is using misbehave (GALI GALOCH) the patients and MS and no one is stopping him and asking him that why he is doing all this.
