Hello Tapmad Support Team,
An amount of PKR 499 was deducted from my account without my approval through the Tapmad app.
I did not confirm or authorize any subscription.
I have proof of the transaction (screenshots/payment record) and can provide it if required.
I kindly request you to investigate this issue and refund the deducted amount immediately.
If the refund is not processed, I will be forced to raise this issue with Google Play Store and consumer protection authorities.

* Write Tapmad in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Tapmad.
