Unauthorized transactions were made from my Zindigi account through a screen-sharing scam. The fraudster accessed OTPs and used my account to purchase digital vouchers (TapShop) without my consent.
Amount was deducted in multiple transactions, including some for which SMS alerts were not received.
I request urgent investigation, reversal of funds, and action against the fraudulent transactions.
