On 14th October i returned a debit card to NBP bank bcoz of misprinted name on card while others details were correct. But i just checked your returning explanation on your website and found that it was wrongly explained in returning narration that receiver has shifted from this address while i clearly informed TCS guy that all details are mine like id card and phone etc but consignee name is incorrect so please update this on your tracking information so that bank can understand the issue.
As they are thinking that i am shifted elsewhere.
Please rectify.
