Agent at TCS Office Radhan Station

Behavior of a highly rated company agent at Radhan Station (Sindh) is very disappointed. He wrote rough writing on envelope and requesting for giving new envelope for writing by me, he very angered and asked me that one envelope (SE-5 size) is costly Rs. 10/-. He also miss behavioured.
Only One paper was send to Quetta by me which costed Rs. 280.
