on 29 September 2022 I got a call from TCS office Islamabad at 3:48pm from this number 021 38797432, there was some lady on the phone who told me that we are returning your credit card to the bank as you were not available in office when our rider went to have it delivered.

I told her that I am in Faisalabad for some work and requested her to have it delivered at the registered address or else I can suggest some other address where to send.

She was very rude in behavior and ended up the call saying that let me know if you can personally collect it or not. If you cannot personally collect it we will return it back to the bank. And suddenly she shuts down the call.

Is this a way to talk to customer? Don’t TCS train its staff as to how to deal with customers?
That’s the customer care TCS is offering to its clients?

I want to have an answer on it as to why she was allowed to talk this way?

* Go to page
* Write TCS agent in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from TCS agent.
