Tcs and its concerned staff who are responsible to deliver my shipment having tracking id # 30343354745 Karachi
As my shipment having tracking id # 30343354745 (hbl debt card) was expected to deliver on dated 28th October and it was also confirmed by tcs helpline. But, I was surprised to see that the date of shipment delivery is changed with 31st October 2019.
Today morning i made a call to tcs costumer care representative and she assured me that my shipment will be received any time by today. She also told a lie that shipment was delayed due to root line. But fact is that the staff of tcs daily visits our office.
By this, i got fade up to make contact with you again and again. I need to use my bank account but, you are only reason to my stress.
I would like to request, please see the matter and it resolve this urgently.
