My name is tahir bashir i m a teacher.i have not enough time to visit bank branches.i request tu hbl hub branch to send my atm card by tcs on home address.they send it on my adrrss (. Tahir bashir house no 153 j block arifwala).it was send on 2 oct.i have yet not received my card.when i asked from hbl hub.they advised me to call tcs help centr where i come to know.the card is send back because of wrong adrrss….sir i m teacher ….result cards and many other mails can come on my adress.why tcs arifwala branch failed in finding my adress .my home is in the main of arifwala…plz take strict action against this branch employees
