I have order my new ATM card. Who delivers 6 to10 day’s.after 12 day I connect with tcs office kot addu .their response is too badly . after this there are not attend any call.if they attend call no listing and don’t answers of any questions

Alfalah continuously dispatched card and I have received consignment numbers but consignment not receive, I am living North Nazimabad Karachi,
I am repetitively (six to eight times) informed to customer representative but my issue not resolve, after several times of complains (on calls),
