UBL head office sent me a welcome pack that included check book and ATM card on my adress. After my parcel successfully reached TCS office near my address. TCS workers didn’t contact me or informed me about my stuff. After storing them in there store for a week they returned my parcel back to the shipper i.e UBL head office. With an excuse that the area that I’m living in is beyond TCS service area which is wrong. Infact this is the most developed area of my city and every kind of service is available. My adress is “Ghazikot Township Mansehra,kpk”. This matter should be looked after. Being a responsible customer its my job to inform you of such negligence of your staff.
