Dear Concern,
My shipment under CN: 4565714451 was booked from Multan on 25 Feb,2022 and arrived at Bahawalpur TCS Facility on 26 Feb, 2022. But Still not delivered at mentioned address i.e. Islamia University Abbasia Campus Bahawalpur. This shipment contains job application documents and today (28 feb,2022) is the last date of application submission.
I have called to TCS representative three times and every time they assure me that they have recorded my response and trying to deliver by 4PM today and still not delivered. Shipment is placed at TCS Facility Bahawalpur from Saturday and they even do not bother to deliver it. Due to this very pathetic way of service I have missed a job opportunity. Will TCS or any of its employee take responsibility for this? Is this your services quality? Do you think, I will refer anyone to use TCS?
