Bank alflah dispatched bill as on 07-jan-2021 and when I called to mr.mashood 03007126216 for inquiry of this tracking no 816022415594 as on 25-jan-2021 at 10:12am he said today will be delivered and it deley due to illness of a delivery man.i told him that bank have imposed penalty on me due to non payment. He said it’s your matter.we can’t do anything regarding this matter.
When I ask the reason of not delivery he misbehave and said do whatever you can do.we will handle all your complains.
You are request to please trained your staff as per your organization vision and also please inquire this matter .
