Yesterday on 07 May, 2019, I visited TCS Center, Khawaja Arcade, Wahdat Road, Lahore-Pakistan and booked the shipment carrying my important documents vide shipment tracking# 40069336292.
All required details of Shipper and consignee were clearly written on the envelope.
Today on 08 May, 2019 at about 2210 hrs, I tracked my consignment from TCS website and cam to know that shipment is not deliverable as it is not accessible by TCS.
Immediately I called on TCS Helpline number i.e. 021111123456 and I was attended b y Mr. Asher.
I told the whole story to Mr. Asher and even informed him about the urgency and importance of document which I sent through TCS. (you can hear the call if it is recorded and record is available)
Mr. Asher said “SORRY” and told me that he cannot help for the matter.
Again and again I told him the importance and urgency as It is the matter of my life carrier. But even then Mr. Asher Hanged up the call by simply saying “SORRY”.
Now I am left with no option and all my Carrier is on stake just because of SELFFISH, RUTHLESS and NON COOPERATIVE behavior of TCS Staff.
It is true that TCS is not a public welfare organization. It only operates for sake of money/profit. But at least there should be little sense of responsibility in TCS staff that atleast they should not mend money over peoples life, carrier and sentiments.
More than 36 hrs, shipment remained with TCS and no one atleast carried to inform the me(Shipper) whereas my contact number was clearly mentioned on consignment.
This careless, emotionless and stupid behavior of TCS staff has put my life carrier on Stake.
I request you to look the matter and at least take the action against Booking and call center stafff, so TCS staff cannot ruin the life of any other person in future.

    My atm card was shipped but not reached at my location, now the shipment was returning back. So please confirm me it has been returned or not. So that i can again order my atm card by hbl.

For my area TCS has become the most pathetic service where its delivery boys do not deliver and call to say that pick your delivery from the office using many excuses like “no one at home” or “your area id not in our service area’. These are just excuses that as we never leave home now a days due to covid . I was a satisfied customer for the last 10 years but this year I believe they are just giving a message to leave them and start using some other courier service.

    I did not recev my parcel yet in which thers imprtnt med for metrnity pain. Is this right behave towards customers??? The shippment reached 2 days bfr but nobdy cntacted us r deliever that to us.
    How can i pick that now???
