My HBL atm card tracking number#30335756282 was dispatched on 27th september. As it was informed to me by Bank helpline. I visited tcs office Chakwal on 7th october after waiting for delivery. and they said that my parsal is with their employee named Nouman. And he will delivered at home address in 2 days. I wait for more one week and try to contact them several times. After one more visit my brother was come to know that they have delivered to Yasir named person and when he enquires Nouman the employee of tcs told that they have entered a fake delivery report and card is still at the house of him. After 2 days he delivered my Atm card to a shop of our village without any information and he even not inform me about this either my contact number was mentioned on parsal. How i take my Atm its a long story. I request the authorities to take strict action to avoid citizens from any trouble. Thanks
