Dear Concern,
Please refer the subject mentioned shipment booked on last Thursday, July 14, 2022. Next day July 15, I was advised through SMS that “this is undelivered due to ON HOLD. For delivery please contact 111-123-456”. ٰ I called twice, one on July 15th and the other on July 16th, and both times I was told not to worry, it would be delivered.
Finally on July 16, 23:29, I received SMS that this is undelivered due to BAD ADDRESS. It will now be returned back”.
Please note the Address is a Masjid, which is a landmark, very popular and on main road. Receiver is Imam of this Masjid, his contact number is also mentioned.
Please also note my previous CN: 306036956417 for the same address booked on June 10, 2022 and delivered very next day without any problem.
So I request you to find out why this happened. I will be grateful.
