I call to TCS head office on help line. I talked to miss MALIHA (TCS staff head office; Karachi). she could not satisfied me and the talk went long. Then I received an abusive message from 03352704403 right after hung up call. she threaten me that after scolding, she threaten me, how could i receive my consignment. i am wonder she might misuse my mail/package. i request the concerns to kindly investigate the issues before going something wrong with my consignment. the status of TCS tracking shows that consignment delivered and signed by KARIM while i didn’t receive anything from TCS till now. The delivery boy/girl did not verified by calling me as written on the mail.
This seems to be a conspiracy tricked used by TCS staff (MISS MALIHA and her team).
I hope and expecting from a universally known courier service (TCS) to handle this issues and punish the culprit who is involved in embarrassing company pride.
