I visited to TCS office ghazi road, chungi Amer sidhu Lahore in order to take its services for delivering divorce notices on 22-10-2021 and give them two notices for delivering to Mst. Rabia Bibi and to the chairman Union council no.243, nishter zone, Lahore with complete and detailed address along with mobiles numbers (copies of receipts are attached herewith for your kind persual). That on 23-10-2021 I checked on TCS website through shipment tracking system about my shipment delivery status which shows that the notice to Mst. Rabia Bibi has been delivered and signed by Mrs. Murtaza but the notice to chairman Union council has not been delivered and returned back to TCS origin. That on 27-10-2021 a shopkeeper of Mohallah asked me that do you know Irfan s/o Muhammad Saleem I asked him why are you asking about him he said that a TCS delivery boy has given notice on which Name of Muhammad Irfan is written. I replied to him that I am Muhammad Irfan then he give me that notices I was shocked when I received notice which was delivered to chairman Union council on 24-09-2021 and 22-10-2021. Then I return to TCS office ghazi road branch and inquire about the matter but they said that they cannot do anything about the non delivery of shipment and Futher said that if you any queries you can file complaint. Then one of the official staff member of the branch contacted to one of operational staff member who talk to me and requested me for filing of new envelop when I agitated about the previous notice he said we cannot do anything but I given you grantee that your new notice shall be delivered. That after the above said condition and circumstances I forced under protest for submitting and payment of charges for delivering of notice to the chairman Union council no.243 nishter zone. It is pertinent to mention here that the TCS official did not deliver back the notice to the sender and even not contacted to the sender for delivering back his notices instead of this the TCS official deliver back the notice to one shopkeeper who did not know to the applicant/sender. That TCS officials by not returning back the undelivered notice to the applicant/sender and by not delivering notices to the chairman Union council and by giving fake delivery report about the notice which was send to Mst Rabia bibi. That the respondent/TCS by providing faulty and non professional services has committed serious misconduct with his job and has injured seriously to the applicant and have also caused mental and financial loss to the applicant/consumer.
That I requested many time to the TCS officials for the payment of damages the details of which is given as under:
TCS charges: Rs 2000
Mental torture: Rs.50000
Financial Loss: Rs.100000
Under the above mentioned circumstances that It is my humble request to your good office that the applicantion in hand may kindly be accepted and the direction may kindly be given to the TCS office for payment of damages the details as mentioned above.
Any other relief which your good office deems fit and proper may also be awarded.
