It is requested you that kindly take notice of one of your company employee Name
Kamran Shah working as SCB in charge in Bahawalpur today visit our branch for paying MEPCO utility Bill and ask for manual stamp affixed on bill. Our bank have computerized stamp that clearly shows the received amount, date, time and bill reference number. Manual stamp is not allowed to us by the bank management. Me and my staff explained this to him clearly and in return he start shouting and threatening my staff. He also harass my female officer in loud volume. Male teller of the branch has requested him to calm down and tried to bring him in branch for settlement of issue but in return he tried to slap him.
In the past the same person created problem for us and same was conveyed to TCS local management but no action was taken against him. kindly look up the matter and solve it at your earliest
