On 28th May courier with tracking # 14007732367 was dispatched from Pakistan tobacco company for Rawalpindi. Its not delivered at 12:30pm today 30th May. On enquiring from TCS manager at TCS jehlum said that it was dispatched on 29th May . Why it was not dispatched on 28th. Its critical because it contains reports of paitent that will be reviewed by cardialogist at AFIC. Manager at TCS with no. 03009520487 said I will update you. But no reponse from that gentleman. .Very non professional person with no customer care attitude. Its my request to kindly deliver this courier as soon as possible and action required against staff for delayed delivery.

    CN. 306027293434 Booked for me from Karachi to Quetta on 17/7. Today Morning I went to Main office Quetta,about asking my parcel, the boy standing there harshly replied that we will not deliver overnight.Our vehicle is damaged and your parcel not arrived in Quetta. the TCS main office is 12 Km from my house.I checked status on net in after noon ,the status says received late in Quetta kept in Office.I asked the courier who brings my parcels on telephone 03344476650 6.56pm and asked at what time your main office open, he replied about 9pm.So I again reched the main office at about 7.45 and the guard their replied that the office is closed at 7pm daily.who told that office time is 9pm.Tomorrow is saturday and who deliver the parcel tomorrow.I used 500 petrol going Main office and comming back empty handed.
    who is responsible for that and who pay my extra money searching for parcel.

    So. Sad about discussion worng guide the tcs customer. I lose the life because tcs customer.

  3. I have send a doc by TCS on 11 Nov 2019 but still awaited not receive till to date very poor service.
