My HEC documents were dispatched on 2nd-Oct-2020 and i launched a complain on 5th-Oct-2020 regarding documents not being handed over to me in karachi. my complaint number 3810323. i have been calling your customer care service every day but they always say me to wait its almost 10 days since the dispachment of my Documents from HEC but i dont know where are my documents.
Similarly tcs delivered my ibcc documents to a wrong address and handed over to a wrong person. That package contained my original olevel certificate and equavilence certificate. Now I’m setting here empty handed waiting for them to follow up my complaint.
