It is inform your good office that it has been more than a month that TCS courier agent not visiting branch for collection letters from our branch MCB 0292. Upon contact to manager TCS charsadda he told me that there is unavailability of staff.
Our branch solely dependent on TCS service that why we are much more suffering. Please your prompt attention requested for arranging your agent in the area so that we could proceed and dispatch our daily routine mails smoothly and timely.
