I Booked 4 suit of Sapphire by online service .I received the massage from TCS on by 22 March 2020 and the courier the TCS call me on 26 March 2020 mobile number of the courier 03091423177 i want to deliver your parcel
of Sapphire worth rupees 6720 .My husband received the parcel and pay the amount to the courier when i saw the parcel it was Replica and it was fake and fraud parcel .I called immediate to the courier on the above no and the mobile number is switched off.I called to the TCS UAN number and told the whole story but the operator doesn’t respond .I check from Sapphire they told me that you have not received the parcel on 24 March 2020 please investigate that courier who has miss guided the TCS ,Sapphire and created the whole fraud .please investigate this matter and lete me know.
I booked a consignment of 2 boxes of mask to my sister in lahore i have given the exact address of hostel and the courier guy delivered the order to a security guard without even calling the receiver and now they say riders are not allowed to give call i said then you should give me the number of rider so i can ask him to whom he delivered they we are not allowed to do so now this is worse quality of their service i would suggest everyone to boycott them and use leopard courier service they are far better then these scammers
