TCS courier / Delay in credit card statements delivery and forged entries

My credit card statements are received late since long. Last month, Faysal bank and Stand chartered statements were received on 26th (Sunday 11-02-2023) and last payment date was on 27th. I checked with bank they mentioned in their records statement was received on 11th March. TCS staff now operates like Mafia. They even know home workers name etc and create forged entries in system. I have faced this issue again however then i reference call was received by Mr Ghulam Murtaza 0307-8835942. And he requested to let mistake of TCS guy go. You can ask him. This is worrying TCS staff are “engineering and prioritising” deliveries based on their experience of area, customers and locations. That is why i said it’s Mafia style work now. Now in Ramadan i didn’t want to raise this complaint but please understand due to him i am paying interest. Secondly he is becoming unethical when he creates wrong entries. If there was delay of 2-4 days i could had accepted. But he is creating forged entry of receipt on 11th March and delivering on 26th March is really unethical.

Pls help me out here. Otherwise we will reconsider our business of company account of Farna Textile spot Limited as well (separate company account with tCS).
