I booked my house luggage and electronic items from Karachi to Rawalpindi on 06/11/19.
I paid Rs 9500 for the safe delivery of my luggage.
But when I received luggage at Rawalpindi almost every electric item and most of the karakory items in broken condition. I packed all the items in hard boxes but boxes were also torn out during transportation. Very poor service by TCS. I need its compensation.
