I received a call on 9 march from ubl digital banking that my card have being delivered to Fiaz the person unknown to me and I have not received a ATM card till date .I confirmed from all ubl branches in my area but no one knew this person Fiaz and delivery person didn’t even call me once before delivery and deliver to wrong person without any confirmation. I demand my atm card back as soon as possible otherwise I will take legal actions against company,the delivery boy and even person who received my atm card.
