Dear Sir,
Your Company Is going worst day by day, i saw a number of complaints on TCS complains Dashboard in-spite of this i trusted on your courier service but if proved a nightmare for me. Before 05 Months i applied for ATM card from NATIONAL BANK SITE Branch where my monthly salary comes because of a Govt. employee, national bank send my ATM Card via TCS Courier and a shipment No. 5728066 allotted to me via a sms send by TCS services but passing of 03 months i could not received my ATM card when i contacted TCS authorities via Help Line Number 111123456 a lady informed me that Dak Rider of our Company severally searched your address but due to in-complete address and typical area he could not found your address and also tried to contact you but you did not receive the call upon this i took swear that no body contacted me and my address is so simple and easy to access because our ancestors are living in Karachi since 1925 and my address is so simple i.e my address is House No. 10, Street No. 01, Sector No. 10, Bismillah Colony, Orangi Town, Karachi near Tomb of Sufi Nobat Shah Baba which is also from our ancestor but the customer officer who was on line denied each and every facts and said that we returned your card at your bank’s branch, when i went to bank, bank authorities informed me that we disposed old card which not received during the period of 03 months.
Once again i applied for ATM card fill the form and all legal formalities after 10 days i received a message from National Bank that your ATM card has been sent via TCS courier with CN # 30358897993 Dated 09-09-2022 but when i called on 20-09-2022 to TCS authorities via HELP LINE Number once again Help Line Officer was saying that our Dak Rider tried a lot to search your address and tried to contact on your number but no response received so far, once again i tried a lot to convince Help Line Officer but he was insisting me that no TCS did not done anything wrong. I said to Help Line Officer that if you can not do anything for me, so you register a complain against your staff because your ground level staff are defaming your services and affecting your company reputation after a huge dialogue he registered a complain via ticket NO. 5788726 Dated 20-09-2022 and assured me that our officer from customer service will contact you and will look after on your matter and just after one day on dated 22-09-2022 at 1311hrs a message received to me that your shipment has been send its origin because of no such consignee. What the bullshit is is it? was it an action against your lazy and in-appropriate staff.
Till now i an recommending all my friends, relatives, well wishers that TCS is a worst and degraded courier service in Pakistan, it comprised on total in-appropriate and irresponsible staff and TCS can not facilitate Pakistani People, So, may trust on any courier service but not TCS.
