Dear Sir, My Cousin sent me mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy A310) via TCS Courier Service. He also paid insurance charges but when i received the parcel and opend it, its display panel was broken on the upper side. i am requesting you to please inquiry about this incident and my loss should be solved by placing new display panel in my damaged mobile phone. i hope you will cooperate with me.
