I ordered my debit card 3 times via HBL bank and it has been returned undelivered each time. I did not get a single call or even message with tracking ID or consignment number. I’ve been at my home address waiting for the courier service to arrive but it didn’t each time. TCS is causing so many problems for us. I need my debit card because my money is locked in the bank and I need to make online transactions.
