Dear Concern,
I [ Amjad Saeed] dispatched very important letter from TCS Courier service saddar Rawalpindi dated 01-Jul-2020 Time 12:55 pm on consignment # 5067202302 to Consignee [Faisal Manzoor] on that comprehensive address-Faisal Manzoor S/o Manzoor Hussain H No 963/14D-1-ST#13 Azizabad Rawalpindi Cantt.
My contact # 03005546955 also mentioned on the dispatched letter but no status of this consignment share with me on my contact#
After 3 days dated 03 Jul 2020 when inquired the consigment#5067202302 from TCS Web portal it is quite surprise for me that status of consignment is undelivered reflect on the portal whereas address is correct in all aspects covering house # street and Mohallah and city and I personally visit the address and address is correct
Faisal Manzoor S/o Manzoor Hussain H No 963/14D-1-ST#13 Azizabad Rawalpindi Cantt.
Senior Management held the inquiry and investigate why courier staff marked undelivered the consigment#5067202302 of comprehensive address not only create hassle for me but also effect the reputation of TCS courier service.
Please take corrective measure and mitigate the associated risk
