I booked a shipment from Multan to qasba Gujrat district muzaffargarh on 12-12-2019 and received this SMS on 13_12_2019 from TCS .
Dear customer your shipment CN#4564465595
has been delivered on 13_12_2019 received by M. ARSLAN.
While actually the concerned consignee didn’t receive the shipment till now.
Please follow up and deliver the shipment to right address. I am sending you the address again.

A consignment (letter) was booked on my name from Multan to Rawalpindi on 20/12/2019 and consignment no 4564459600 was alloted. Consignment could not be delivered at given address even on 23/12/19. TCS help line was contacted on 23/12/2019 and it confirmed that it will be delivered before 1800 hours on that day but it could not be delivered. TCS was again approached throughhelp line and same reply was given that courier is on route but again nothing received till 1700 hours. My office rep was sent to your office at Khadim Hussain road, Rawalpindi who could get that consignment. Whereas your help line was approached time and again and it was informed every time that courier is out to deliver it. A complaint was also launched and complaint no 3296825 was given. On line tracking was showing “In transit” which was also false. You need to correct your system of delivery and record with help line, as well as, on line tracking system.
