Dear my family member deposit my mother orignal medical receipts bill to me via TCS service provider in Tank(Dera ismail khan) dated 15/06/2020 to CITY Havelian distt Abbottabad .but after few days parcel not received to me.then i asked 3-4 time from local TCS staff havelian abbottabad about my parcel,but they said we have never received ur pacel yet.if received we will make contact on ur contact no.
then 22nd jun 2020 a person make me call via contact # 03319271065. form tank tcs office that your pacel return to office for uncomplete address.then he asked me for my present address.so i have text to him my address but i asked him for pervious address printed on envelop.
then representer of tcs servis send me pictures of returned parcel via mobile # 03459841817 on dated 22 jun 2020 on my whatsapp number 0312000311.i already attached image # 1 in attachment files.in these pictures of tank office parcel is damaged.u can see in pictur.after that they changed old envelop and packed in new packet then transfer to me. then i recived on 25/06/2020. then i opened my pacel its totaly damaged.written statment of bill are removed. then i forward current bills pictures to 03459841817 when they seen pictures after that i make a contact on mobile number 03319271065 they never pick my call.
i have already attached my bill in attachment files.
i am just demanding that now TCS SERVICE provide take my bill and give me orignal bills in good condition.bcoz i m governement employee.due to covid 19 my department never allow me to travel dikhan.
if they never give m a favour then i have lost amount of more than 115000/- pakistani rupees.
