An insured shipment no 5068045445 was booked from TCS office Saddar Rawalpindi on 12 Oct 2021 containing an Android cell phone for delivery to Umerkot.
However, while reaching the destination, representative of TCS Office called Consignee through ptcl no 0238500221 and asked to collect the shipment from TCS Office instead of execution of delivery to Consignee Address despite an insured shipment.
Such behavior of TCS staff doesn’t make positive sense with regards to the image/ reputation of the company.
It’s highly recommended to inquire into the matter for non execution of delivery to given address.
