HBL dispatched my ATM Debit card on 27-Nove-2019 and without any intimation TCS returned my card to HBL, on inquiring from TCS for the reason the card being returned, they just said we can not tell you the reason, however there is no problem with dispatch address.
Further HBL re-dispatched my card on 04-Dec-2019 and today is 17-Dec-2019 and I am still waiting to receive the parcel. Although I have checked/tracked my parcel on TCS website and the status is “In Transit”.
I am writing this in a hope to have my parcel soon.

My HBL Debit card return back to HBL by TCS without contect with me although i was waiting for it, my TCS branch is in wazirabad ,all staff is very lazy and bad manners. When i ask for the reason why return back my Debit card to bank? They dont had any ans.
