I have sent my documents through TCS on 10 Oct 2019 at 6:38. These are the important documents which I confirm from the staff member that they reach on 11 Oct but it was not delivered and when I call them at 7:00 pm they tell me it was delivered but it was not, so wait and call again at 9:00 pm then they start telling stories that it will take one more day like what is that attitude when you don’t keep your words and services which cause problem for other people.
