I have missed my consignment # 810203434896 from Silk bank from Lahore to Karachi due to the negligence of the delivery rider in which he has updated wrong remarks that I have shifted my home due to which I am bearing a loss of time and money. Who will be responsible for it? Please investigate the matter and TCS management should punish these kind of delivery staff.
