I had dispatched a bucket of chocolates, a teddy bear, traditional Halwa and fresh flowers through TCS courier services with CN#4765126752 to Karachi and it has been received by someone else.
It was to be delivered to “Sania”, not Hina.
Also, the person who was destined to receive the shipment has confirmed that the parcel has not been received by her.
I want its immediate recovery.
