I have opened an HBL account BZU branch No:1271(bank branch no)
Bank officer said to me that your card will be delivered on your address I got message from 4250 on 16 July that my card has been dispatched from Karachi to my destination I waited but two days ago I got message from 4250 that your card has been returned sir I want to get my debit card to get ehsas scholarship payment
