I supposed to receive my Bank Card through TCS courier service, on delivery date waited all the day and than went to TCS service Branch where staff was making stories that they don’t have to do anything with this. After tough conversation they agreed to share the details of delivery boy who actually submitted fake story that owner moved from the address in last week. 3rd class customer service and people commitment.
