Dear Team,
letter dispatched to me by EMAAR PAKISTAN at my postal address but you tcs office unable to find my home, finaly you TCS person call me from 021-35184117 for confirmation of my addresse i confirmed m address to that guy then he said sir you come to our office to collect i told him i m out of city i can come day after tommorow he said ok then i came after 2 days to TCS office to collect my letter but that guy said i return back that letter , i said why you return it .. addresse was correct i have previous TCS letters of same addresses and why u mentioned in return memo that address is wrong , and if u told me to collect so i told u i can come in 2 days why you dnt inform me that u already returned it Emaar , this is very ridiculous service by TCS i also complaint to Emaar Pakistan
