My cousin has sent parcel through tcs on 26 April he received msg that i collect my parcel but i did not received yet.

How to file a complaint against tcs?
* Go to page
* Write tcs in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from tcs.
Very much disappointed with your regrettable, crampy, awful, and shamelessly disappointing service. Are you guys illiterate or blind? Can’t you see the original degrees? If something that much important arrives, don’t you know how to post it? There must be some visual impairedness exist in your employees. Educate them well, get them some kind of degree so that they can value other’s original documents and be careful while posting. To hell with your lousy service.
