i have booked Gul Ahmed clothes end of March 2020,after that on 02/04/20 i received a sms from TCS “ur order has been picked up by TCS under CN # 772571913186,today morning one more sms received from TCS, ur order is scheduled for delivery today under CN # 772571913186 please keep the amount.
same day in evening when i call to TCS help line and ur customer representative told me ur shipment is delivered at ur address @ 12:00 in noon.
But i did not receive any shipment yet ur TCS person forward wrongly information regarding shipment,he did not come at desire address
i have already faced same problems regarding credit cards bill dispatching ur TCS person fake information forward to department.Ur services is totally rubbish and continuously misguiding the customers.
if you have any sign of receiving that shipment so plz share with me.
yours dispatching department is totally irresponsible and how is it possible during complete lock down u delivered the shipment @ 12:00 noon.
