Dear Sir / Madam,
My niece’s Miss Kainaat Shafique’s A1 life skill test result was sent to a remote village address in Distt. Kotli A.K, but was not delivered in time in Mirpur A.K, whilst I have asked many times by TCS Mirpur AK staff, but no call were made on my mobile phone nor any positive search was made to locate our shipment in local TCS office Mirpur A.K, lastely the shipment was sent back to shipper in Islamabad. My shipment number is 23023696963. Even my mobile phone number 0340-7687247 was clearly mentioned on it, and I have physically visited TCS office Mirpur A.K many times, and contacted on phone many times, too.
