My debit card from MCB BANK has been dispatched on 17-6-22 still not received. I got a delivering msg from bank that my debit card is received by HAIDER on 22-6-22.
I register complain to MCB Bank that my card is not received by me or either of my family member.
Further more when i checked through tcs tracking id. Status was delivered and signed by HAIDER .
On 27-6-22 i received a call from tcs employe saying my card is along with him and he says he will deliver card today. But my card is still not delivered.
The main thing i want to ask is that why on tcs tracking status my card is received by HAIDER if your employees is still having my card. Why wrong status of delivery is updated on your website.
Due to carelessness and wrong statement by your team i am facing problem. Its been 10 days i am still waiting for my card. Now your employees says that he has returned the card into office.
Kindly help me out and deliver my card i would be thankful.
