Respected Sir,
The staff of TCS Depalpur is extremely irresponsible and has inappropriate attitudes. They do not deliver my Motorcycle Registeration Card to my home address nor contact with me. Instead of it, they have kept my card for a few days and sent it back to Lahore.
The main question is why TCS Depalpur sent it back without delivering the card to my home address. When a motorcycle is registered, in addition to the registration fee, the user also pays a TCS fee for home delivery but TCS Depalpur is failed to do his duty. These people not only have inappropriate attitudes but also do not pick up calls and do not listen properly.
It is therefore, requested to strongly warn TCS Depalpur to ensure home delivery and not to return our valuable parcels after keeping in TCS office for a few days. Please direct the concerned to deliver my Motorcycle Registeration Card to me as soon as possible.
