We want to register our complaint against an employee of TCS who is serving as a Rider in TCS. His name is Mr. Dilshad, Contact No: 0319-6298871 & 0325-3625953. We normally contact through messages & calls with Mr. Dilshad for the collection of our urgent/important Courier from KIMS (Karachi Institute of Medical Sciences) Malir Cantt but he is not responsive to our request. Furthermore, he seems to be unprofessional in his duties due to which our important mails could not be delivered on time. Recently on 13, October 2023, we contacted him to collect an important courier but as usual, he did not respond and behaved roughly / rudely. Such behavior is not acceptable in a professional environment.
It is thereby requested you change the designated Rider (Mr. Dilshad) from the collection of Courier from KIMS and detail the professional Rider so that our routine important mail can be delivered on time.
It is requested to send us the Contact details of another Rider as early as possible.
